Jesus commanded His followers to “believe and be baptized”! We practice believer’s baptism by full immersion in water. At Ichthus Forest Hill we will regularly arrange Baptism Services for those ready to make this commitment.

Every person interested in being baptized will take part in a preparation course, which outlines why baptism is important and addresses topics such as repenting of your sin, renouncing the works of the devil and making Jesus your Lord. These times give individuals chances to ask questions, pray through issues and be sure in their hearts that this is the right step for them.
